PART TIME OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR (30 hours a week over 5 days)
WEYBRIDGE
SALARY £25,000 PRO RATA
About the Office Administrator role:
Our client is looking for an organised and professional Office Administrator
Office Administrator key duties and responsibilities include but not limited to:
• Answering telephone calls and directing as necessary
• Distributing post
• Booking of flights, hotels, taxis for head office staff
• Typing reports
• Typing and distribution of minutes and responses
• Monthly head office whereabouts – collating and distributing
• Keeping accurate records of annual holidays for head office staff
• Administration of the group company car fleet (ordering, disposing, arranging new leases, monthly invoicing for cars, ordering of fuel cards)
• Monthly credit card analysis and entering onto SAGE
• Creating, converting and combining pdf documents
• Printing monthly management accounts
• Printing, collating and distribution of quarterly returns
• Ordering stationery / business cards and purchasing office supplies
• Archiving documents / taking ownership of archive log
• Maintain contact lists of head office staff
• Entering purchase ledger invoices onto SAGE
• Assist with supplier payments
• Assist with bank reconciliations
• Ad hoc request / projects as directed by Office Manager and head office staff
Office Administrator Skills and Requirements:
• Previous administration experience is essential
• Able to build positive relationships at all levels within the organisation
• Hands-on, can-do attitude
• Able to prioritise and multi task
• Strong administration and organisational skills
• MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• SAGE experience desirable, but not essential as training will be provided
