We are currently recruiting for a Dermatology Screening Nurse on behalf of our client a private medical practice who offer health screening across multiple health clinics within central London

As the Dermatology Screening Nurse you will be required to:

• Perform a physical assessment on each patient, paying special attention to the skin.
• Assist the physician in the performance of skin exams, monitor and record a patient's medical history, and be aware of relevant test results.
• Educate each patient on how to protect their skin and care for skin diseases and conditions at home.
• Ensure provision of high standards of care for patients. And act as theri advocate at all times.
• Ensure compliance with relevant NICE Guidelines, BDNG Competencies and NMC Code.
• Plan and organise own workload in order to meet patient's needs.

As the Dermatology Screening Nurse you will be:

• A Registered General Nurse
• Minimum 2 years experience conducting Skin Cancer and Health Screening
• Previous experience in skin cancer screening
• The self motivation to work in an autonomous environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Good IT Skills
