My client, a globally recognised leader in their industry, is recruiting for an exciting part time Japanese Speaking Team Assistant to join their busy technical team based in Uxbridge. The purpose of this role will be to provide efficient administrative support for the Technical division, especially communication between Japan and UK. Good admin and customer service skills are important but industry experience is not so long as you are a fluent in Japanese, both spoken and written. This role will be mornings, 5 days/week.

Key Responsibilities:
- Controlling/Filing documents of Technical division
- Manage Hotel accommodation booking/ Restaurant booking/ Travel booking / Meeting Lunch / Exhibition Ticket for division staffs and their customers
- Make a travel schedule of staffs and their customers
- Support meeting/seminar (Taking minutes, Preparing refreshments)
- Support communication between Japan and UK teams (e-mail/ meeting) as interpreter
- Translation of Japanese documents/ check English in received translated documents
- Answering incoming calls and directing to relevant person
- Supporting diary responsibility for the office, photocopy machine, schedule board.

Key Requirements:
- Speak Japanese / Write Japanese without any tools
- MS Office (Advanced)
- Good typing skills
- Good analytical skills
- Good communication skill
- Excellent customer service attitude (internal / external)
- Ability to manage priorities
- Initiative and problem solving attitude
- Attention to detail.
- Good to team working
