Part-time Finance Assistant job based in Wrexham | Immediate start | £10-12 per hour
Your new company
A successful pharmaceutical organisation based in the Wrexham area are currently looking to recruit for a motivated finance assistant to join their small team on a temporary basis with the potential for a permanent role if successful.
Your new role
Supporting the Finance Manager you will be responsible for;
Creating Sales invoices (30/60 weekly)
Purchase ledger invoice input (50/60 monthly)
Cashbook postings
Bank reconciliations
Preparing payments
Supporting with Month/Year end
Strong Excel experience is essential including pivot tables and v looks ups and Sage200
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful you will be able to demonstrate previous experience working in a finance role ensuring high attention to detail and ability to work to deadlines. You will have strong IT skills including the use of v look ups and pivot tables. You will be flexible in your approach and be willing to assist the finance manager with a range of duties. You must be available to start next week. Training provided.
What you'll get in return
You will be offered a temporary position with an anticipated duration of 4 months with the potential for a permanent position. Part time hours include working 3 full days 8:30 - 4:30 or 5 shorter days ie. school hours. Free parking available on site.
