Support Worker (Supported Living)

Hours: Part time and Full time available

Hourly Rate:£8.45/hour

Location: Brent Knoll

Our client, a prestigious support organisation in Somerset are looking for a number of Support Workers to support clients in a supported living scheme

Day to Day Duties:
Assist in the assessment of individuals with complex needs/learning disabilities
Maintain appropriate records and reports as directed
Provide support to individuals and maintain health and safety
Participate in meetings where required
Maintain relationships with other professionals

Essential Skills:
Positive attitude towards supporting vulnerable people
A basic understanding of those with complex needs
Good standard of education
QCF Level 3 Award in Health and Social Care or equivalent or willing to work towards it
