Protocol are currently working alongside a College in the Merseyside area that is fast emerging, the College has an innovative and dynamic approach supported by their high quality staff team and are now on the lookout for an experienced Hospitality Lecturer to join their ranks.

This role is part time (17 hours contact time) the role is a great opportunity both for those seeking temporary assignments or a permanent position. The successful candidate will be initially appointed on a temporary basis for 8-12 weeks, at which point the college will offer a permanent opportunity to the successful candidate. The annually salary will be £26,911-£31,172 pro rata depending upon experience.
Role responsibilities:
*Ensure your teaching develops outstanding learners.
*Implement appropriate feedback and assessment systems in line with the College's expectations.
*To deliver to Level 3
The person & qualifications
*Hold a teaching qualification
*A Level 3 or above qualification in Hospitality or a related area
*Experience delivering at Level 3
*Plenty of enthusiasm and the ability to motivate learners.
*Willingness to provide outstanding support for learners.
*Extensive knowledge of your subject area.
*Be flexible and self-motivated with a dedication to learner achievement and quality
