The client is the biggest third party logistics company in the world who employs 500k colleagues. The roles available are on a full time and part time basis, with the opportunity to gain a permanent role after a successful probationary period. There are three shift choices working 37.5hr per week and options to work part time hours only. There is also the opportunity to work overtime. Candidates can also upskill from warehouse operatives to a FLT reach driver with in house trainers. Shifts available: Monday to Saturday 0600–1400 = £8.50 (Overtime = £12.76) Monday to Saturday (Apply online only) = £9.03 (Overtime = £13.54) Sunday to Thursday (Apply online only) = £10.77 (Overtime = £16.15) Part time shifts = (Apply online only) and (Apply online only) Peak Weekly Attendance Bonus at £50 starts Oct ends Jan. The site is also in easy reach of the A14, A605 and A45. As a Warehouse Operative your duties will include:- Picking, Preparing items for dispatch, receiving and distributing items on goods in. Full training will be given to all successful applicants. You will be trained in all areas of the warehouse and have the opportunity to progress within the operation. Previous experience is not essential however the willingness to be successful in a fast moving forward thinking environment is.
