An exciting opportunity within our clients Contact Centre for a Part Time Agent to join the team has arisen - You will provide an efficient and appropriate response to customers and other business partners, while dealing with enquires in a helpful, proactive and professional manner.
What is involved?
Inbound Calls. Email. This is a fantastic customer service role where you will be connecting with customers across a variety of different channels including inbound calls, and email. You'll be handling typical enquiries working in conjunction with company policies and procedures.
What are we looking for?
Excellent Customer Service Skills.
Call centre experience (Our client would love to hear from you if you have prior call centre experience)
Excellent attention to detail, with high levels of accuracyWhat can our client offer?
