£8.45 per hour increasing to £9.00 per hour after 12 weeks.

Job Description:

Process and, where appropriate and/ or possible, resolve customer enquiry calls to ensure they are dealt with in line with client call structure and standards.
Identify and check customer records using client systems to provide appropriate information to assist the customer with their enquiries.
Capture and record correct customer details to ensure all telephone transactions are accurately processed.
As a member of the team share own knowledge, experiences and ideas in order to contribute to the continuous improvement of standards and business performance.
To actively participate in Lean initiatives.
To attend training sessions to update knowledge as new products/systems are introduced.
