Becoming a Curriculum Lead with Knowledgepool

Salary: £35k-£40k

Remote working, with travel to UK sites.

The Curriculum Lead will ensure learner journeys, resources, learning content and Delivery Team training content is provided within agreed timeframes and to agreed standards, in line with an agreed learning philosophy.

What you'll be doing:

  • Seek customer feedback on learning content to inform review of programmes, on Standard versions and Premium versions, where appropriate.
  • Support the Delivery Team to ensure they have the understanding to successfully deliver programmes.
  • Lead steering groups (which may comprise Curriculum Team, Talent Coaches, Area Operations Managers, Client Partners and Quality Development Facilitators) to harness expertise and ensure outstanding learner experience by working towards improvements in products, updating products where appropriate and addressing gaps in provision.
  • Establish review cycles and review boards for all programmes to incorporate sector updates, qualification changes, standard changes and feedback.
  • Co-ordinate the development of all resources, using standardised formats and approaches.
  • Oversee timely upload of content to learning platforms and sharepoint, and other platforms as required, and communicate that programmes are ready for use.
  • Develop positive working relationships with clients, learners and Delivery Team to ensure successful and timely delivery of programmes.
  • Work collaboratively with key stakeholders to evaluate the learner experience and success of programmes developed and maintain best-in-class.
  • Proactively research approaches to learning and delivery, including the use of new/existing technology where appropriate and blended learning approaches, to provide best-in-class learner experiences, engagement and support in line with an agreed learning philosophy.

What we're looking for:

  • Teaching experience preferably in adult education
  • CET or equivalent (level 5 or higher)
  • A good understanding of apprenticeships
  • Ability to work with multiple stakeholders
  • Well-organised can work without supervision
  • Ability to train others- TAP qualified (desirable)
