Receptionist
The Office Support Division of SF Recruitment is currently recruiting for a Temporary Part Time Receptionist starting immediately and working for a company based in Leicester in a small, friendly team.
As A Receptionist you will:
- Be the face of the company, meeting and greeting customers and play an integral part in running a smooth and organised front of house.
- Ensure the highest standard of courtesy and professionalism when interacting with customers and clients
Key duties Include:
- Answer the telephone and let visitors/ vendors into the building
- Pick up visitors book when evacuation is raised and co-ordinate / check the visitors off the list
- Ensure Contractors sign in and read the H&S information and announce arrival
- Greet visitors, book them in, ensure they read the Health & Safety information and announce arrival
- Manage and distribute post, order stationery and keep post room tidy
- Book drivers for the pool car, arrange car service or mot if required
- Arrange car hire / and taxis
- Ordering lunches for meetings, biscuits and beverages if required, make sure name of person ordering lunches is recorded and where to charge costs
The Ideal Candidate:
- Polite, approachable and most importantly self-motivated to create a brilliant first impression of the business.
- Experience of working in a reception or front of house role is essential
- A strong desire to provide the best service possible
- The ability to multi task and work under pressure
- Excellent communication skills both written and orally
This Receptionist role is working Monday to Wednesday 8.30am - 17.00pm with an hour for lunch. The role will be paying £8.50 per hour and will be on an ongoing basis, potentially up to 6 months. The role will require you to be able to work Monday through Friday as and when needed
