We are working in partnership with a leading provider of support and care and are looking for compassionate and dynamic individuals to join their team based in Selby.
The role is suited to experienced Support Workers looking for an exciting new challenge, as well as those with no experience, wishing to start a career in care.

The role will be varied but the main responsibilities will be:
* Providing effective support on a 1-1 basis, supporting service user's to be independent and to assist with day-to-day activities.
* Ensuring each person receives competent, focused, caring support whilst taking in to account their personal preferences and abilities.
* Updating and reviewing necessary paperwork to remain in line with company standards and CQC requirements.
* Delivering proactive, positive, caring and person-led support.

The role is subject to an enhanced DBS and satisfactory referencing.
£8.21 per hour for those over 25 and £7.70 per hour for this under 25. Various hours available including full-time and part-time positions
