Support Worker  Starting salary from £8,965.36 per year with £78.30 a night for each sleep in completed as part of your role.  We currently have part time vacancies for Residential Support Workers to join our established team in Warrington. Due to the nature of the role as it is working with vulnerable young people all successful applicants will be subject to a satisfactory DBS and reference check prior to commencing in post. Successful applicants will effectively support the delivery of care to our young people and be enthusiastic individuals within their role, providing a range of experiences, activities and care. You will be required to have a full driving licence and ideally an NVQ or QCF Level 3 in Children and Young People or be willing to complete the qualification whilst in our employment (all paid for by ROC Northwest) We are seeking caring, compassionate and committed Support Workers/Care Assistants to provide the care and positive influence that allows our amazing young people to lead ordinary lives. Whilst the role of a Support Worker offers variety, superb progression opportunities and training, it takes a courageous and committed individual to really succeed at the role. Experience is not essential, but a positive attitude, friendly persona and a caring nature are an absolute must.
