Simply Education are now recruiting for a fantastic school club company. We are looking for staff to cover across Berkshire within a variety of schools on a variety of hours. The company provides schools with fun and exciting IT lessons using the latest and greatest technology. We aim to take people with a passion for technology and put that passion to great use – teaching children something new and exciting. From virtual reality, drones, to pretty much anything with a computer inside, we use cutting edge technology that not only encourages learning, but inspires children to become STEM leaders. Involving students and creating an unforgettable learning experience is at the heart of what we do. The company can also help with some over services that such as STEM workshops, PPA cover, Birthday parties and more.  Simply Education are in need of supply work for one of our part time roles in Reading, if this is something you think you can help us with and provide some candidates that would be brilliant. We are in desperate need to get some supply work for this role as we have had someone pull out on and the role starts next week !!!  Here are some brief details regarding what the role entails:  This role is a split role where during term time you will be required to travel to primary schools and venues to conduct a Technology clubs, delivering fun tech lessons. When school is out you will be a camp leader at one of our thrilling and unique Tech Camps where you will also deliver technology lessons.  Don’t worry, you don’t need to be a technology genius for this role - we will provide you with all the training you need! Responsibilities as a Club Leader: - Travelling to schools and other venues - Delivering entertaining and engaging technology lessons to children between the ages of 7-12 years old - Being responsible for your equipment and making sure you are confident with your activity for each lesson - Building a good rapport with school officials - Giving full support to students and helping them with any questions - Opportunities to work from home - Last but not least, ensuring all the children have had a fun fuelled learning experience The Person Have great written English skills Strong organisational skills Confident with excellent interpersonal skills Perfectionist/ Very good attention to detail Work within deadlines and Punctual Willingness to progress and further career A team player and enjoys helping others Requirements As you will be required to work with children, you must have no criminal convictions as a DBS certificate is required in order to upkeep the legal safeguarding requirements for schools. A full and clean driving license Woking week will stands like this:  Monday: Afterschool Club  Tuesday: Morning Club and Lunchtime club  Wednesday: Morning Club and Afterschool Club  Thursday: Afterschool Club  Friday: Afterschool Club  Hours for those clubs are: Morning: 45 minute club before schools start ( arrive early to set up)  Lunchtime: depends on school but 45 minute club (arrive early to set up)  Afterschool: (phone number removed) (arriving at 3.00 to set up) (Hour club)  With regarding to Minimum of 4 hours a day - as you can see it does not stand at that but it will, we will be putting some more clubs on to up the hours.
