The Role

Providing administrative support to accountants
Undertaking Clerical tasks
Filing
Relaying messages
Invoicing
Basic bookkeeping
Handling Mail
Handling communications with clients and vendors via phone, email, and in-person
preparing financial records

The Person

AAT Level 4 is essential
three years experience working in accounts payable is essential
Can-do Attitude

Good customer service skills
Friendly telephone manner
Computer literate
