Part Time 22.5 Hours Per Week

My client is a successful organisation based in the Livingston area. They have an immediate requirement for an experienced Credit Controller to join their Finance function.

This role will be on a part time basis working 22.5 hours per week.

Responsibilities will include:

Input payment receipts onto the ledger
Chase unpaid debt
Raise invoices/credit notes and post onto the ledger
Assist in resolving queries raised by colleagues/customers promptlyTo be considered for this position, candidates must have the following background and skills:

Previous experience of working in a Credit Controller position
Confident IT skills which should include financial software packages
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy skills
Good communication and customer service skills
