We are working with an engineering-focused education provider in the Gloucestershire area who are looking for an Education and Apprenticeships Quality Co-Ordinator to join their Engineering team on a permanent, part-time basis.
The successful candidate will be asked to develop, revise, implement and communicate policies and procedures to ensure the quality of the programmes the training provider delivers are to an acceptable standard of quality as defined by the company and the relevant bodies. These policies and procedures should not only maintain quality levels, but also ensure continuous improvement. The role will be a total of 23.25 hours a week, and the hours will be flexible.
The starting salary for this position is £35,000 FTE (£21,000 p/a actual salary for 3 days per week), and the package would also include a stakeholder pension plus a generous holiday allocation of 33 days per year, in addition to the usual 8 Bank Holidays.
To be eligible for the position, you MUST have:
-Significant experience of working within a Quality Team with responsibility for quality in Education and/or Apprenticeships.
-Experience of working within the Education Inspection Framework
-Knowledge of Ofsted and the inspection process
-Experience of developing policies and procedures, and document control
