Pertemps Dundee are recruiting on behalf of our client, a well know Public Sector organisation, for an Energy Assistant on a temporary basis. The ideal candidate will provide administrative assistance to the Senior Energy Technician and Energy Technician, within the Utilities and Services Engineering Team. The ideal candidate will have experience of processing invoices and experience using Microsoft Office packages such as; Microsoft Office and Excel.

Your key duties will involve:
Provide administrative assistance to the Senior Energy Technician and Energy Technician, within the Utilities and Services Engineering Team
Pay utility invoices (single and consolidated) through the Council payments
Produce journals for finance using Excel
Input data and interrogate our bespoke energy and water management system
Complete the energy and water monthly monitoring sheets
Occasionally go on site to read electricity, gas and water meters
General assistance with inputting data using Excel and completing adhoc requests
General administration duties including; dealing with mail, phone calls, and scanning invoices
To be considered for this role, you must have the following:
Previous experience working in an office environment
Excellent IT skills and a working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages
Excellent numeracy skills
Experience of processing invoices
ECDL
Full Driving Licence is desirable
