Simply Education are recruiting for a Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to help on a one-to-one basis in a secondary school/college. The position is part-time, starting as soon as possible and possibly continue for the whole academic year.

The ideal Learning Support Assistant will have at least Level 2 in English and Maths and be confident in teaching English and Maths.

The successful Learning Support Assistant will be working alongside a learner who has autism, Oppositional Defiance Disorder and ADHD. Ideally you will have previous experience of working with SEN students. Experience of Agriculture would be great although not essential.

The Requirements:

As the successful Learning Support Assistant you will need to;

- Have a good sense of humour
- Be determined to help your students achieve
- Have a kind and patient nature
- Previous experience and/or a desire to work with students who have Special Educational Needs
