We at Protocol are recruiting for a college in the flourishing borough of East London. This establishment is a subsidiary of the college specialising in vocational courses within technology. We are seeking an established ILM Trainer and Coach to deliver Business Management courses at level 4 and above on a part-time basis for the next 6 months.

This post will require occasional travel on both a weekly basis and monthly basis to various sites.

You will be a motivated Trainer/Coach with demonstrable experience in both teaching and industry wihtin Business Manaement and LEaderhip.

Role responsibilities
Coaching and training of the full caseload
Adhere to all college policies including Equality and Diversity and Safeguarding
Assessment and training of learners needs
Implementing correct teaching and learning strategies

The person & qualifications
ILM/CMI qualifications
Industry experience
Hold a teaching qualification
Hold a qualification in Business Management
