About The Role

We are looking for a hard-working customer service and moderation agent who’s interested in flexible, part-time work. You will mainly work from home following initial onsite training but there will be occasional days where you’re needed in our Central London office so ideally you’d live in or near London. 

The time and days will depend on business requirements and your schedule. We are looking for someone who can be available to work both weekdays and ideally weekends. 

Key responsibilities: 

  • Respond to customer service issues via email and social media with speed, accuracy and positivity
  • Resolve customer complaints fairly and consistently
  • Ticket moderation - checking each ticket listing submitted to ensure accuracy and acceptability within required guidelines
  • Day-to-day administrative duties

Must haves:

  • Keen attention to detail
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Natural at problem-solving 
  • Excellent time management and administrative skills
  • A frequent event or gig-goer
