Role: Accounts Administrator - Immediate Start
Location: Charminster, Bournemouth
Hours: Part-time (9am to 1pm)
Pay: £8.50 to £9.00 per hour DOE
Are you an experienced accounts administrator looking for an immediate start? Can you commit to a 2-3 month contract?
Our client, a leading car dealership franchise in Dorset, are looking for an accounts administrator to join their team in the head office. Working on a 2-3 month contract, you will be responsible for assisting the Head Office Group Accountant.
The ideal candidate will have previous administration experience ideally within accounts, holding strong IT skills especially using Excel and spreadsheets. You need to have excellent verbal and written communication and feel confident in answering calls and emails. You should be able to follow processes accurately, have high attention to detail and be able to work independently.
Responsibilities:
*Archiving, filling and admin assistance
*Updating spreadsheets and maintaining the accounts systems
*Answer all calls with a professional manner
*Supporting the Head Office Group Accountant
*Other ad-hoc duties as required
This is a temp contract, with an immediate start on offer. The working hours are 9am to 1pm, with a pay rate of £8.50 to £9.00 per hour, dependent on experience.
