Job Title: Charity Fundraiser - Private Sites

Location: Preston, Lancashire

FT/PT: Full-Time 40 hours per week (Part-time hours of 2 days or more also available)

Salary: £17k Basic + Commission - £40k+ OTE (Basic salary will be pro-rata for part-time roles)

Brief Job and Company Description

Our client is a well-established fundraising organisation and they’re looking for people based in and around the North West of England to join their team as a Charity Fundraiser and help them raise money for worthwhile causes.

This is a Private Site Fundraising opportunity which means you will always be working indoors rather than having to stand out on the streets or go door to door like in other fundraising roles.

You will only be working on behalf of recognisable charities and this makes the job a lot easier as more people will be able to associate with the causes you are supporting.

This really is a great way to make some money and to have the enjoyment of working in different towns and cities each and every week.

You will be working in different areas of the North West so there will be a lot of travelling involved. On this basis, you will need to hold a full driving license and have your own vehicle to be considered for this opportunity. You will work a standard 40 hour week but will need to be somewhat flexible with your working hours. Some sites that you work will have high footfall in mornings, evenings and weekends. On this basis you will sometimes need to start work as early as 7am and other days work late until 9pm. You will also be required to work at least one weekend day every other weekend. However, you will still only ever work a maximum of 5 days and 40 hours per week.

**If working Part-Time, you will be able to choose which days of the week that you work.**

Requirements for the position of a Private Site Charity Fundraiser

* Be over 18 years of age

* Have a confident, friendly and outgoing personality

* A high level of spoken and written English

* Be engaging and enthusiastic

* Have a full driving license and own vehicle to use

* Because you will be working in various sites, you will need to upgrade your car insurance to a business level insurance.
