We are recruiting for a lovely organisation based in Camberley and they are seeking a talented Finance Manager to join a small, dynamic team.
To cover a minimum of 5- 7hours per day, 5 days a week.
Salary £35-45,000 per annum pro rata
The Finance Manager will have a significant responsibility and the position offers a good opportunity for the individual to deal with payments coming from around the world in multi currencies and ensuring that financial transactions run smoothly for the business.
Core Role
The Finance Manager will perform key financial control and management across the business including Management Accounting, Financial Accounting & Control, and Financial Planning & Analysis.
About the Role
* Play a lead role in the completion of monthly financial statements
* Provide accounting insight and analysis to the team to help optimise the business.
* Provide Cash-flow Management functions
* Ensure that all financial transactions are properly recorded, filed, and reported
* Reconcile transactions in the business on a monthly basis.
* Be responsible for completion of VAT returns and EC Sales lists.
* To handle any specific VAT related issues that may arise.
* Processing, raising and payment of invoices (sales and purchases) and expenses.
* Ensure financial data is input into Quickbooks in timely and accurate manner.
About You
* Analytical and highly numerate with relentless attention to detail.
* Reliable, trustworthy, organised, and self-motivated.
* Able to work in a small team environment

* Effective at managing workload and ability to prioritise effectively to meet deadlines.
* Strategic, commercial and solution-oriented with an ability to think laterally.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and knowledge of Quickbooks or other related packages
* Educated to degree level; ACCA or ACMA qualified
