FINANCIAL ADMINISTRATOR

SALARY: £19,000 - £20,000 annual salary paid pro rata

BENEFITS: Pension / Incentive Scheme

HOURS: Part time 3 days (Friday + 2 other days negotiable) 9am – 5pm

SAS Rope & Rail Ltd is a specialist RISQS qualified, multi-disciplined Rope Access Contractor, with over 20 years’ experience in the industry. With offices in the North, South and Central London, the company work nationwide covering a wide range of services including Rail Industry Maintenance, Rope Access Construction, Confined Space Works, Structural Inspections, Water Safety and Rescue Services.

Due to continued success the company are seeking an experienced Financial Administrator. This is a great opportunity to join a well-established business.

This role requires the successful candidate to be responsible for supporting the Director in all aspects of financial administration. This includes (but is not limited to) data entry, running reports, debtors, creditors, invoicing and purchase & sales ledger. This role also requires the successful candidate to provide general administration support.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Training / qualification in Sage and 5 years’ experience in financial administration is essential
• AAT Level 2-3 qualification is essential
• Financial Administration experience is essential
• Excellent IT skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure while remaining focused and professional
• Have an excellent problem solving / resolution process
• Excellent time management
• Ability to work independently and have initiative while working in a team
