In the Centre of Cambridge there is a company who are seeking two…I'll say it again, YES TWO HR Generalists to join their happy family to cover two maternity leaves for 15 months. These two roles can either be full time or part time positions, where you will be picking up the day to day HR operational tasks as well as getting involved in strategic HR projects.

It's an exciting time to join this business as they have been acquired by a large global organisation and are going through a period of positive change. The HR team are busy planning and designing how to align themselves against the new ways of working and they need your help to continue this.

To be a successful candidate for these roles you need to be either studying towards or CIPD qualified at level 5, or have relevant working experience at the Senior HR Advisor level. You need to be able to juggle a busy workload from HR admin to leading on ER cases, mentoring and guiding Managers through to designing and implementing HR projects.
