Hours: Part-time, Saturday and Sunday 9.00-17.30

Salary: £10.25 hourly

Reporting to: Customer Support Team Leader

Location: Warehouse offices in Shoreditch, London EC2

Our unique Pet Concierge Team provide a personalised experience to our ever increasing pack of dog-loving travellers and our mission is to encourage every property to provide as warm a welcome to our four legged friends as they do to us!

Our dog-friendly HQ is a converted warehouse in the heart of Old Street, housing a vibrant entrepreneurial team who are dedicated to driving the brand forward. We are currently on the lookout for a talented, proactive and forward thinking Customer Support Executive to join the Travel Team and help us continue to delight our customers over the weekend.  This is a great opportunity for someone who has a desire to work from home and would like a reduced hours role.

Responsibilities:

  • Be the first point of contact for any customer issues over the weekend.
  • Solve customer enquiries via telephone, email, social media and live chat in line with companies SLA’s
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure that issues are resolved quickly, efficiently and effectively with minimum impact on the customer.
  • Liaise with property partners to ensure the smooth running of bookings.
  • Chase up and process customer balance payments.
  • Ensure a thorough and clear handover.
