Hours: Part-time, Saturday and Sunday 9.00-17.30

We are currently on the lookout for a talented, proactive and forward thinking Customer Support Executive to join the Travel Team and help us continue to delight our customers over the weekend. This is a great opportunity for someone who has a desire to work from home and would like a reduced hours role.
- Be the first point of contact for any customer issues over the weekend.
- Solve customer enquiries via telephone, email, social media and live chat in line with companies SLA’s
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure that issues are resolved quickly, efficiently and effectively with minimum impact on the customer.
- Liaise with property partners to ensure the smooth running of bookings.
- Chase up and process customer balance payments.
- Ensure a thorough and clear handover.
