A 40+ bedded elderly and disability nursing home in Poole is currently looking to recruit RGN, RMN and RNLD Registered Nurses to join their team on a permanent basis, with full and part-time hours available.

Details of these RGN/RMN/RNLD Registered Nurse vacancies and what the home is offering:

* Permanent contracts are available, with full or part-time hours available on days, nights or rotation

* Competitive hourly pay rates of £17.80 per hour, which is equivalent to NHS Band 6 and for a 37.5 hour week would equate to an annual salary of £34,710

* A welcome bonus of £2,000 (subject to T&Cs)

In this RGN/RMN/RNLD Registered Nurse role your duties will include all aspects of clinical care, including the administration and management of medications and the implementation and administration of care plans.

* Qualified Adult General Nurse/RGN/RNA or Mental Health Nurse/RMN with current NMC registration

* Ideally experienced in an elderly care environment, or demonstrate a keen interest in working with older people in addition to some post-registration experience

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills

* Committed to ensuring the highest standards of resident care and safety

* Confident coordinating and implementing care programmes
