Job Description

Contracts available: Full time, Part time and Bank

Locations: Wiltshire including Calne, Chippenham, Devizes, Melksham, Westbury, Warminster and the surrounding areas.

Due to the nature of this role holding a valid driving licence with access to a vehicle is essential.

The Role

Your role as a support worker will vary from supporting young people and adults with learning disabilities, physical disabilities, dementia and other mental health conditions, to providing domiciliary care. The support work you give will be built around the individual’s needs and routines.

You will also be responsible for completing relevant documentation for the people being supported ensuring compliance with guidance, statutory regulation and company policies and procedures.

If you have the right attitude and values we will provide you with the training and development you need to be confident and competent in your role as a support worker.

* Are caring and respectful who will enable the people we support to have a high quality of life and make their own decisions

* Are flexible and adaptable who want to go the extra mile if it means making a positive difference to Service User lives

* Are enthusiastic with excellent communication skills committed to developing positive working relationships

* Hold a valid driving license and access to a vehicle is essential
