Group Contact Centre Agent - Part Time
Salary: £8,500 rising to £9,375 after 4 months' probation.
Hours: 20 or 30 hours a week shifted across 7 days to cover evening/weekends
Location: Chesterfield, Derbyshire

The Job Role
Provide a first point of contact for all calls and E-contacts
To deal with a wide range of telephone enquiries, providing advice and recording accurate information
Processing of new claims
Processing credit card payments
You will be multi-skilled across the different products within the group
The Successful Applicant
Excellent level of customer service and communication skills
Ability to demonstrate a calm and professional attitude at all times
Ability to listen, identify and resolve customer issues
Excellent attention to detail
Excellent data inputting skills, literacy and numeracy
Willingness to develop self and new skills
