Would you like a fantastic new career in Health and Social Care?

Why not start your day hoping to make a difference and end your day knowing you did.

Here at The Richmond Fellowship Scotland, we make a real difference in supporting people with their everyday lives.

Our Cluster service in Aviemore provides a mix of 24-hour support and Outreach services to several clients. We are currently looking to recruit 2 additional full (or part-time) staff members to become an integral part of this Aviemore team-based service.

We provide support to a broad range of clients including individuals with Learning Disability, Mental Health issues and both low and high functioning Autism Spectrum Disorder. All of the people we support within this team enjoy independent living in their own homes as part of the larger cluster.

The teams currently working in these services are long-serving, experienced and very supportive of each other.

Would you like to become part of our dynamic and committed team? If you are fit and healthy, with a GOOD SENSE OF FUN, and a wide range of personal interests and activities, and are willing to share your community contacts, this could be the opportunity for you?

We seek to match your traits and skills with the people we support and you may get the opportunity to meet them as part of our interview process.

Although we greatly value social care experience, this is not essential for these positions as we have an experienced and committed management team in place to support and develop your skills, alongside our comprehensive training programme.

The work can be challenging, like all good jobs, but as well as a competitive salary, enhanced pension contributions and generous annual leave and discounts at over 850 online and high street retailers, we can offer you a rewarding and satisfying role in your local community.

A driving licence is desirable in this post however, not essential.

Please apply below and let The Richmond Fellowship Scotland work with you to progress your career and help provide the best possible care and support to the individuals we support.
