Job type: Part time
Ideally applicants will already be working in an accounts/admin environment and will have accurate keyboard skills, experience of using Microsoft Outlook & Excel and the ability to methodically work to deadlines.
Office Administrator Responsibilities -
* Assisting with reconciling weekly expense receipts.
* Assisting with reconciling monthly credit card statements.
* Inputting expenditures onto the CRM Job costing module.
* Checking supplier charges against expected values on the CRM.
* Assisting with general office duties.
* Scanning.
For the ideal Office Administrator, AlertSystems offers-
* A permanent, part time position, 3 days per week (22.5 hours pw) Mondays-Wednesdays.
* £8.25 per hour.
