Part-Time Bookkeeper required to work for a HNW Couple to support them in managing household accounts and expenditure for 3 properties and preparation of accounts for a small portfolio of projects.
The Part-Time Bookkeeper will
* Be able to work 6-8 hours on a Thursday, Friday or Monday – full or part-days.
* Working in an office based in their Farnham residence
* Preparation of payments for household and personal expenses monthly for approval and arrange payment with private bankers
* Preparing monthly accounts for a small portfolio of businesses (Sage & Excel).
* Preparing VAT returns;
* Preparing basic expenditure reports for house hold projects and arrange supplier payments,.
* Running payroll for 2 people on Brightpay.
The Part-Time Bookkeeper will
* Will ideally be AAT qualified or equivalent qualification.
* Sound book-keeping experience and a background of preparing accounts for small businesses.
* Strong organisational skills with good analysis skills.
* Experience of Sage or similar is essential.
* Payroll experience desirable.
* Proven experience of working with the utmost integrity and confidentiality.
* Driving licence and own transport.
* Previous experience of working for a private household or HNWI advantageous but not essential.
