Our client are a leading provider of healthcare services to patients with long term conditions; truly enhancing people's lives through delivering outstanding healthcare. They provide a range of services, putting patients at the heart of everything we do.
We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Adviser to join our growing team in Crewe on a permanent basis.
Working in this remarkable team, you will be involved with speaking to customers and healthcare professionals daily; always with the customer in mind and with the drive to deliver an excellent customer service.
Duties will include:
Taking inbound calls and handling customer queries
Ordering new equipment via the system
Working with various IT systems and ensuring all records are correctly updated and maintained
Managing inbox order bookings and updating Healthcare Professionals and Customers when needed
Experience Required:
Previous customer service experience (this could be office/retail based)
Confident telephone manner
If you have some healthcare knowledge/experience then this is ideal, however not essential
Flexible and willing to learn
Good IT skills - be able to pick up new systems quickly
Hours: 37.5 hour week Monday to Sunday 08:00-20:00 in line with the rota (rotational basis)
Part Time hours available
