Your responsibilities as a Support Worker in our Supported Living service will be to:

• champion the independence of people.
• encourage active participation in what their local community has to offer them and in return what they have to offer the community.
• enhance their quality of life and participation with support in developing experiences and learning new skills.
• actively support and respect their choices.
• encourage daily routines such as cleaning, meal plans and budgeting.

Experience is not necessary as all of our staff receive a two week training programme tailored to the needs of the people they support.
