The C&D Group are working in partnership with a company based in Cirencester to recruit for a part-time Management Accountant. Working 3 to 4 days per week, this is a short-term contract to support the business whilst they restructure their finance department. 

Reporting directly to the CEO, the responsibilities of this role will cover all aspects of the company financial accounts for the UK and other international sites. These responsibilities will include the following;

• Monthly Consolidated Management Accounts
• Production of year end Group Financial accounts (UK, USA and Hong Kong)
• Liaising with external tax consultants and auditors
• Production of monthly management reporting pack
• Maintaining Fixed Asset Register
• Cash Flow forecasting and intercompany funding
• Monthly Key balance sheet reconciliations
• Analysis and reporting on Direct Overheads
• Accruals and Prepayments
• UK and EU VAT returns
• Ad Hoc financial projects, reports and analysis

Candidate Skills & Experience;

• Ideally you will be Part-qualified or Fully qualified ACCA / CIMA
• Excellent communication skills; written and verbal
• Experience with Sage, ideally Sage 200 online and proficient with IT
• Effective analytical and interpersonal skills
• Some knowledge of manufacturing would be ideal
• Commercially aware and with strong business acumen
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage deadlines

The standard working hours for this role are 8.30am-5.00pm, working 3 to 4 days per week.
