We are currently recruiting for part time Admin Assistants for one of our government departments in Liverpool City Centre. These are exciting opportunities working from 5.30pm until 9.30pm Monday - Friday. The pay for these positions is £8.91 per hour going up to £10.69 per hour after 12 weeks. These positions are to start in January 2020.
Key Responsibilities may include:
o To provide administrative support to the operational command unit in delivering a range of services.
o To co-ordinate and move applications, letters and files within and to other offices
o To record file movements and application data through input to Computer Systems.
o To maintain pigeon holes, filing in strict alphabetical order.
o To link incoming queries with relevant application forms / case files and pass to officer for processing.
o To ensure that scheduled daily tasks are identified and actioned.
o To correctly dispatch correspondence to customers including appropriate enclosures and using correct mail services.
o To data input and print legal documentation.
o To undertake post opening duties.
o To adhere to Policies and Procedures
o Maintain security and confidentiality at all times
o To work flexibly and provide support to other operational colleagues / areas as required
o To take responsibility for one`s own attendance, performance and personal development
