I am currently working with a well established company within the Security industry and I am seeking candidates who have sales support / sales administration experience looking for part time work! This role is based in West Drayton with car parking.
**1 year contract commencing from 2nd December 2019**
The salary for this position is from £15,000 to £15700 depending on experience plus benefits which are detailed below.
Responsibilities of the role include:
Updating the CRM system
Gather client information
Calling customers
Ensure GDPR guidelines are met
Take down details of customer complaints and passing to relevant colleague
The ideal candidate will have:
Excellent communication skills and telephone manner
Previous experience in sales support/sales administration role
Proficient Microsoft Office skills & CRM experience
