My client is looking for a highly motivated Registered Nurse with a valid NMC PIN number to join their team at a care home working Nights.
You will play a key role in the home, providing convalescence, respite and palliative care to the highest quality at all times. The aim is to help each resident live a longer, healthier and happier life.
Package:
* Rate of pay is £28,000 £35,000 DOE and shifts worked
* Both full and part time contracts available

Responsibilities:
* Taking responsibility for the well-being of all residents, ensuring their physical, emotional and social needs are met
* Leading, motivating and mentoring your team and delivering clinical guidance and training
* Carry out assessments and develop, implement and evaluate individualised care plans
* Monitor work areas and practices to ensure they are safe and conform to standards, policies and legislation
* Generally promote residents’ independence, choice, dignity and respect by providing the very best standards of care.
Requirements:
* Will possess a demonstrable passion for caring for the elderly and infirm
* Live PIN/ NMC registration
* Have a proven ability to lead, motivate and mentor a team
* Ability to delegate effectively
* Able to promote excellent customer relationships
* A willingness to coach, guide and support your team – provide formal and informal programmes of teaching
* A genuine commitment to adhering to the NMC Codes of Conduct
* A respectful, courteous and compassionate nature
