Boarding House Cleaners
Uppingham School founded in 1584 is one of Britain’s leafing co-educational independent boarding schools, It is located in the small market town of Uppingham, amid the rolling fields of Rutland.
Position: Boarding House Cleaners
Location: Uppingham, Oakham
Job type: Part Time, Permanent
Hours: 23.33 hours per week, 35 weeks per year - 32 weeks term time and 3 weeks outside of term time plus
additional cleaning hours worked before and after each term’s holiday
Salary: £8.37 per hour (Term time) / £9.62 per hour (Outside term time
Closing date: 9am on Monday 4th November
About the role:
We are currently seeking three Boarding House Cleaners to be assigned to a specific house and one Relief Boarding House Cleaner to join the domestic team at Uppingham School.
Responsibilities:
The School has an interesting and diverse range of buildings and you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness of the area you are working in to the highest of standards.
About you:
The ideal candidate will have previous cleaning experience, basic literacy and numeracy skills, able to work with minimum supervision and good time keeping.
