The Role Integrated 24 Ltd is proud to have been awarded an opportunity to be part of the Integrated Urgent Care (IUC) Pharmacists Programme supported by NHS England. We provide integrated urgent care services to the patients in a wide area covering both integrated services in some areas, bringing together the NHS 111 and OOH’s components into a single seamless high quality service. To enhance the pharmacy support within the IUC, IUC Pharmacists will work as part of the multidisciplinary Clinical Advisory Service on a rotational basis as an expert resource. You will handle medicines-related enquiries and issues, undertake clinical assessment and treatment of minor ailments and prescribe where appropriate, for repeat prescription requests, and provide self-care advice.
