Travel: Occasional travel within the UK will be required. The current director is based in London, so any applicants who are based outside London will need to travel to London on a regular basis.

Summary

We are looking for an organised and pro-active Personal Assistant to continue to improve the management and co-ordination of our Transformational Leadership Team meetings. You’ll also support the Director of Transformation enabling them to effectively contribute to, shape and support organisational aims.

About the role  

You’ll adopt a business partnering approach and propose and lead on implementing changes to enable the TLT to effectively oversee business. In addition, you’ll use your initiative and experience to make the best use of the director’s time; by filtering information, actively managing their diary and following up on actions. The role rewards an interest in supporting change management.

 Key requirements

  • Proven experience of success as a senior administrator, PA or similar role.
  • Successful experience of using judgement and initiative in responding to enquiries on behalf of a senior manager/director.
  • High quality verbal and written communication skills required to present information in a clear and accessible way.
  • Experience of and ability to distil meeting discussions into succinct notes of the key discussion points, decisions actions and points for onward communication
  • A proactive and conscientious person with good attention to detail.
  • Able to work independently to deadlines with minimal supervision.
  • Able to handle a range of tasks, including processing information from a wide range of sources and managing changing and competing priorities.
  • Advanced MS Office 365 skills (Outlook, Word, Power Point and Excel).
  • Ability to build effective and open working relationships with colleagues at all levels in order to work collaboratively across the entire organisation.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive matters diplomatically and discreetly.
