Care And Support Worker
Respectful Care Nottingham South is run by two sisters with a great passion for caring for others. We’re looking for likeminded passionate support and care workers to join our team to help aid our clients, so they can continue living independently in their own homes.
You can earn up to £10 per hour as well as mileage. We pay staff incentives, bonus schemes and a pension as well as your holiday entitlement. You’ll also benefit from ongoing training to further your career.
We’re looking for part-time and full-time carers, so you can set your own availability. We cover Nottingham South and have a very good rota where we locate you with clients as close to home as possible.
At Respectful Care, we ensure you’re given the time to care for our clients. This can include, personal care, companionship, helping with cooking, organised trips such as days out or shopping, and medication.
What we can offer you:
* Generous pay rates £10 per hour + mileage
* Flexible hours to suit your availability (with an agreed availability)
* Regular runs with clients, so you can provide continuity with clients
* A robust rota system that will allow you to save money and time
* Company induction and training program
* Ongoing free training, development and supervision
* The opportunity to work in differing social care areas to broaden your experience and develop new skills
* The opportunity to obtain qualifications whilst you work
* Staff Awards
* You will receive comprehensive support at all times, both in the field and in the office, from friendly and professional colleagues
And most of all being part of the Respectful Care family!
Successful candidates will be subject to a full DBS/CRB check.
If this sounds like you then please apply below.
Additional Information - Our services commence from 7 am through to 21:30/22:00, 7 days a week so we offer genuinely flexible hours, although the majority of our Support & Care Workers work mornings and/or evenings and share weekend cover.
As you will be travelling between our Clients' homes, a driving license and reliable vehicle are essential
