Burlington Court Care Home are hiring!!
We are looking for high quality Senior Care Assistants to join our care home. We look after people with dementia and alzheimers disease and are delighted that we have been rated 'Outstanding' by the Care Quality Commission.
The home is slpit into four units and we have vacancies for part time and full time Senior staff to join our team.
The Senior carer works alongside the Unit Manager and is in charge of the shift on a rota system.
Some Senior Care Assistant duties include...
* Being accountable for the shift
* Leading, directing and advising care staff throughout the shift.
* Medication administration
* Assisting residents with all aspects of their care needs.
* Implementation and reviewing of care plans and completion of resident documentation.
* Liaising with GPs/Nurses and other health professionals
Senior Care Assistant qualifications:
* NVQ level 3 in Care or willing to work towards it
All staff are expected to be able to work a mixture of early and late shifts plus alternate weekends
