We are super excited to announce that our brand new cafeteria, Abundance Café, is about to open its doors in South Wimbledon! At the moment, we are building a team formed of 3 experienced Baristas, experts on the coffee culture, passionate about the customer experience and, enthusiastic about building relationships with colleagues and customers. In other words, friendly and positive people with strong values and coffee lovers.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Service is vital. We spect you to build relationships with our customersusing a warm and welcoming approach, identifying their needs, and going to the extra mile attending special requests
• Product Quality. Preparation of good looking high-quality coffees, cold and hot drinks and food
• Taking orders and payments at tills (training will be given).
• Maintaining a high level of general cleaning of the cafeteria (tables, dishes, floor, coffee machines, and equipment)
• Follow health & safety and food & hygiene guidelines.

• Full time 40h or part time 20h
• Hot drinks during the shift

• At least finished high school
• 2 years Barista experience
• Dedicated and passionate about coffee
