The Solution Architecture team are a highly motivated and experienced team of individuals from diverse technical backgrounds who provide the vital link between the business and IT, translating requirements into strategic architectures and are responsible for technology design decisions with major and far-reaching impact on implementation of technology across Worldpay.

We work in a collaborative way in a dynamic environment to build relationships with stakeholders in both business and technology through open and honest dialogue.

How will you add value on a day-to-day basis?

You will take a lead in the data architecture, design and implementation of key portal based strategic products. Influencing the strategic architecture and a wide spectrum of project/operational stakeholders. Through solutions architecture and design, creation of prototypes, participation in technology selection and the controlling of solution development.

A key part of this role is to provide solution architecture and design of systems to leverage the data and its value as an asset. You will architect and design data movements through messaging, ETL and application transformations across the enterprise.
 

What are we looking for?

Deep Knowledge with data design and architecture including experience of relational databases such as Oracle (RAC and Exadata). You’ll have tangible experience of end-to-end data modelling and analysis within a mature, high-volume environment as well as experience in devops, continuous integration and open source technologies. Cloud Adoption and development as well as app development with Java, Angular would be great.
