Shop Supervisor - Food-on-the-go
Based in Bristol City Centre
Hourly rate up to £9.22 + benefits

The UK's leading and best-known food on the go retailer is currently looking to recruit Supervisors at their Bristol city centre shops, full-time and part-time opportunities available. Hours and shift patterns to be discussed at interview.

The Role
Supporting the Shop Manager and Assistant Manager, you would lead shifts to ensure all customers receive great products and a friendly service at your shop. You will be expected to ensure that all customers have a great experience and that they feel special and valued by every member of the team.

You'll get involved in food preparation as well as ensuring that the shop is clean, hygienic and welcoming at all times. You'll also take regular responsibility for opening and closing the shop, running shifts, stock counting, cashing up, as well as keeping an eye on every detail that goes into the efficient operation of the store.

The Candidate
o Supervisors or team leaders - ideally with food production or retail experience
o You will need strong numeracy skills, basic computer literacy and a flexible approach to working hours
o Enthusiastic problem-solvers who can manage change, communicate with people from all walks of life and constantly focus on customers.
