Accounts Assistant – Part time (16-20 hours a week)
Tailor Made are working with a cracking Engineering and Manufacturing business just on the outskirts of Norwich. The client is looking to recruit an experienced Part time Accounts Assistant for a temporary to permanent position.
Reporting to the finance manager, the company requires someone who is happy to work part time and has experience of working in accounts.
Experience of the following is useful:
Accounts duties:
* Purchase Ledger
* Chasing invoices
* Credit Notes
* Reconciliation's
* Posting all bank payments to the system
* Maintaining the cash-book
* Ad hoc duties required by the Finance Manager and other member of the leadership team
Candidates will ideally be AAT qualified although this is not essential as previous Accounts experience is essential.
* AAT
* Previous experience in a similar role
* Payroll Knowledge
* Excellent communicator, both written and verbal
* Great attention to detail, with the ability to meet tight deadlines
* Able to learn quickly and adapt to using bespoke accounting software
The client is offering a salary of £20800 pro rata for 16-20 hours a week, plus free parking and benefits. Hours to suit.
