May and Stephens retail team are looking for 2 part-time Luxury Stylist/Sales Associate to work 24 hours per week, to be part of an exclusive luxury lingerie brand, who pride themselves on an outstanding and unique lingerie fitting service.
As a Stylist/Sales Associate for the boutique you must be able to thrive in a commissioned store sales environment, be compassionate, approachable, motivated whilst driving store sales forward to benefit for future growth within the company.
* Provide a luxury selling experience to all customers, demonstrating excellent product knowledge and expertise in lingerie, who rely on the Sales Assistant to advise them.
* You will benefit from the training provided which will give you the confidence to best represent the brand - a great career step for a Sales Assistant.
* Meet and greet all customers to the boutique.
* Establish customer's needs and assisting with the fitting.
* Suggest styles and encourage sales to the customer, offering alternative items and add-on products to your customer.
* Complete your sale at the till point making it a personal and unique experience.
* Maintain high standards of visual presentation.
* Be a lingerie brand ambassador through positive promotion of product and company image at all times.
* Thrive to be the best Sales Assistant in the business, perform as a team player and participate in all activities to contribute to the store objectives.
